If no meeting is requested and advice is provided by an exchange of emails, HSE will create a case and provide a PGO case reference number. The advice will be provided on a standard form containing the details of the information provided and a record of the advice given.
Any follow-up correspondence will be saved as part of the case record. Please use the PGO case reference number in any correspondence you send about the case.
