Conservatory companies usually include the installation as part of the total cost. However you should check what is included in the installation service as some companies may include less than others.

You will need footings suitable for the structure to sit on, drainage will have to be considered and you may need a minimum provision for electrics. Many elements will also have to confirm to the building regulations.
