Conservatories
Financing your conservatory
Before you start it’s important to prepare a budget and calculate the total cost of the project against the estimated increase in your property value. Working out how to finance a conservatory is the most important element of the planning phase and requires monitoring throughout the project. Many conservatory suppliers will offer a finance package as standard but make sure you check out the APR and compare it to a personal loan to find the best deal for you. You will also need a credit check before being accepted for a finance plan.
The Home Owners Alliance offer detailed guidance about how to budget for a home improvement project and advise on the points to consider before you start work.
