How can I request a refund for a planning application?
To request a refund or partial refund for an application, you will first need to contact the relevant local planning authority (LPA). Once you have contacted them, they will confirm to us that you require a refund, and we will process the refund back to the account that made the payment.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but within 14 days of the refund being received from the LPA.
We will notify you and the LPA by email once the refund has been actioned and make a refund; and in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations such as The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.
Our service charge will only be refunded if there is an error made on our part.
