What happens if the Local Authority rejects the location plan?

The location plan feature includes a review step which encourages users to check against the requirements by answering a series of questions, this checklist will help reduce the likelihood of your location plan being invalidated.

If the Local Authority does reject your plan, you can use the amend application process to provide a new location plan. Please refer to the amendment guidance¹ to find out if your amendment incurs any fees or charges.
