How much does it cost to use the location plan feature?

The cost for the location plan feature is included in the Planning Portal service charge which covers the use of the full online application service, and therefore applies to all applications that incur a service charge. (Please note applications with a planning fee under £100 do not incur the service charge). The service charge is £70.83 +VAT.
