I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the forgotten password process. 

Simply click on the 'log in' link at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forgotten password?' link, enter the email address that you used to register your Planning Portal account and click ‘send email verification’.

Please check your email inbox for your 6-digit code, enter it, when prompted, back on the Planning Portal website, click ‘verify code’ and choose your new password when prompted.
