The Planning Portal service desk can help with:

  • Change of email address for your Planning Portal account
  • Problems accessing your account
  • How to complete the online application form

Please note: Planning Portal is an online application service based in Bristol. We are not part of any council and cannot provide an update on the progress of your application. If you require this information, or local planning information, please contact your local council’s planning department. Their contact details can be found by using our search tool1.

You can email our service desk team at support@planningportal.co.uk2 or call 0333 323 4589. Available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
